(Dayton Daily News) - Police were called to a disturbance in the 4400 block of Flowerdale Avenue and found a 19-year-old man in front of the building bleeding from the nose and acting strangely.According to police, he said he was very upset at himself for cheating on his girlfriend and also stated he was intoxicated.
The man then began hitting himself in the face with closed fists while walking around screaming.
The man was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to a hospital for evaluation. The charge was later changed to public intoxication.
